What should you do if you are not satisfied with the services you receive?

We are continually striving to improve the quality of the advice and service that we offer our clients. We will always try our utmost to resolve any issue internally to the satisfaction of all parties. Then if the concern cannot be dealt with satisfactorily, to seek independent advice.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with what we are doing, please take the following steps:

This will ensure that all of the parties involved fully understand your complaint.

3. Within five days of receipt of your written complaint, you will be notified of the receipt of your complaint and any outcome or further discussions that need to occur. We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.

Depending on the area that your complaint relates to, there may also be industry bodies we can involve to assist us in achieving a satisfactory outcome.

Following this, if your concerns cannot be dealt with to your satisfaction then you should seek independent legal advice to consider your options.
