Mark is the Executive Chairman of the Perks Group. During his 20+ years at Perks the firm has grown from a simple accounting practice with 15 employees, to an integrated financial services business with over 150 team members. He is an expert at providing hands-on advice to private business owners in all aspects of their role.

Mark is the Executive Chairman of the Perks Group. During his 30+ years at Perks the firm has grown from a simple accounting practice with 15 employees, to an integrated financial services business with over 250 team members. He is an expert at providing hands-on advice to private business owners in all aspects of their role.

Mark’s insights, gained over his time in leading and growing the Perks business, underpins the strength of his advice and allows him to relate to business owners as he has personally had hands on experience with many of the issues they are looking for guidance on.

Mark has had extensive experience in Corporate Governance for private businesses and as well as chairing the Perks Board, he sits on Govt and Not for Profit boards.

He also sits on the Advisory Boards of many of the Firm’s Clients.

Mark has spent much of the last 10 years providing strategic advice to the Firm’s clients and in particular in the area of succession planning.

  • Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ)
  • Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning
  • Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD)
