Kim Bigg is a Director at Perks and a qualified Chartered Accountant. With more than 20 years’ experience as a business adviser, Kim is highly adept at assisting growing and established businesses across a wide range of industries.

Since joining Perks in 2001, Kim has developed into an active Director who takes a hands-on approach to working with business owners at any stage of their journey, from establishment and growth, to succession planning and retirement. His expertise extends across a broad spectrum of business services, including strategic planning and structuring, transactional services, developing and implementing tax-effective business strategies, and budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

He is passionate about helping businesses scale for growth and working side-by-side with owners to solve problems and putting in place sophisticated strategies aligned to defined KPIs that enable sustainable success. He is also one of few accounting advisers who is a qualified SMSF Specialist Adviser, making him well suited to advising business owners planning for retirement, or those looking to pass their company on to the next generation of their family.

Kim is also a keen advocate for emerging businesses. He was instrumental in the Perks’ Business Boost Awards, which helped kickstart businesses in the early stages of their journey so that they could consolidate, grow and ultimately flourish.

Kim is also a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organisation, a global not-for-profit operating in 61 countries that helps emerging businesses achieve their full potential through the power of life-enhancing connections, shared experiences and collaborative learning.
