From 30 June 2020, the South Australian land tax regime will undergo substantial changes. These changes may have a significant impact on the amount of land tax payable and, in some instances, the amount of land tax payable can be reduced by taking action now.
As the first step in this process, RevenueSA is verifying the information they have for South Australian land holdings. The recent changes also introduced new requirements about what information you need to provide RevenueSA in relation to your land holdings.
This page explains the step-by-step process on what you can expect if we manage the Information Disclosure on your behalf.
What to expect with Perks managing the Information Disclosure process for you
Step 1
Fill out the Form Below. Please ensure that when you upload a copy of your RevenueSA letter, the Registration ID details are clearly visible.
Here is an example of the information that we require:
Step 2
Your Perks Adviser will contact you to confirm receipt of your details and to let you know if we require any further information; and
Step 3
Your Perks Adviser will provide a copy of the information that we intend to submit via the Land Tax Portal on your behalf for your review
Step 4
Once you have confirmed you are satisfied with the information, we will complete your information disclosure via the Land Tax Portal
Step 5
We will email you a copy of the completed Information Disclosure for your records
