About Tracy.

Tracy Bonney is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Director within the Perks Business Services team.

In her time at Perks, Tracy has become a key figure in the firm’s pharmacy specialisation and she also works with a range of business owners, including those in hospitality, trades and individual investors. Tracy is committed to working closely with her clients to understand how their business operates, what their ambitions for the future are and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Tracy’s accounting and business advisory expertise encompass the streamlining of management and financial reporting, automating manual administrative tasks and identifying opportunities to improve systems within her client’s businesses. She works with business owners to maintain working capital and unlock improved cashflow. Tracy assists her clients in raising funds through bank and non-bank finance, working to support their relationships with lenders.

In the pharmacy space, Tracy is active in assisting individual store owners and small and medium pharmacy groups. This includes reviewing their systems and processes and designing solutions to increase administrative efficiencies and deliver deeper, more accurate and up-to-date financial insights that empowers proactive decision making. She has also helped a number of clients looking to buy into or exit pharmacy partnerships, assisting in negotiations and the process of financial due diligence, as well as working with lawyers to develop appropriate contractual arrangements.

From preparing income tax returns, to management of financial accounts and ongoing monthly and quarterly reporting, Tracy is focussed on working closely with her clients to optimise the performance of their business. Qualifications & Associations:

  • Bachelor of Applied Finance
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ)
