Perks is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Pritchard as General Manager – Operations. Lisa joins Perks from 1 July 2025, following her tenure as Director of Tax Services at another Adelaide-based firm, harnessing over two decades of experience in professional services, with a strong focus on leadership, client engagement, and strategic business advisory.
In this newly created role, Lisa will lead a broad portfolio of business and corporate services for Perks, encompassing Accounting & Private Wealth Operations, Client Experience, IT & Cyber, Marketing & Communications, Risk & Compliance, and special projects. Her appointment reflects Perks’ commitment to strengthening their operational leadership and continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients.
Lisa’s expertise comes from building a career focussed on technical specialisation, strategic leadership and client service. She is widely respected in the accounting and taxation industry for bringing a strong commercial lens to her work and her client-facing experience provides a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing private businesses and their owners. It’s this unique combination of skills that will help Perks drive its integrated service offering to clients and create opportunities for team members through growth and innovation.

Lisa will be based in Perks’ Adelaide office and will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive operational capability, while upholding Perks’ long-term strategic objectives.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her career includes senior roles at BDO, Deloitte, and KPMG. She is currently serving on the SA/NT Regional Council and the Public Practice Advisory Committee for Chartered Accountants ANZ, and she is also on the State Council for The Tax Institute. Over the years, Lisa has held several board positions.
