John Rawson has joined as Director, Tax Consulting, bringing more than 25 years’ experience advising on sophisticated tax matters across corporate structures and transactions. His experience adds significant depth to our ability to support clients where tax outcomes play a critical role in shaping long-term business value.

Richard Bowden has joined as Director in Accounting and Business Services. With nearly 30 years’ experience advising private and family-owned businesses, Richard brings a strong focus on structuring, succession planning and delivering clear, commercially grounded advice. His work centres on helping business owners make informed decisions with confidence and clarity.
