A Registered Company Auditor for over 20 years, Peter’s substantial work in conducting audits of large proprietary companies, SMEs, funded organisations, government agencies, financial services licensees, licensed clubs and incorporated associations provides him with the solid foundation from which to successfully lead Perks Audit.
Coupling extensive experience working with a diverse range of entities with a complete understanding of governing legislations, Peter tenaciously works to improve his clients’ financial and business integrity. His genuine desire to do a good job for his clients has ensured that they are guaranteed a sense of confidence in the integrity of their people, systems and processes – the achievement of which is what Peter finds the most rewarding element of his profession. Through years of working alongside his clients as their trusted Auditor, Peter’s focus very much remains on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with them.
Although his expertise lies primarily in external audit, he conducts internal audits and system reviews too. He also expertly conducts fraud investigations and the preparation of statutory financial statements when required.
Perks has also spent 11 years in the “Top End”. Continuing to maintain his long-standing connection with the Northern Territory, Peter frequently travels between Perks’ Adelaide, Darwin and Alice Springs offices.
