As an Associate Director in Tax Consulting, he uses real‑world, easy‑to‑understand examples to bring clarity and confidence to matters that demand precision. Lee’s considered approach and his talent for translating legislation into commercially sound advice provides clients with outcomes they genuinely understand and can apply.

Leadership & Contribution

Lee is a key contributor within the Perks Specialist Tax Team, supporting Directors on advisory matters and strengthening the firm’s technical capability. He is recognised for his consistency, attention to detail and commitment to high standards, both in his own work and in the guidance he provides to others.

A core part of Lee’s contribution is the delivery of the firm’s regular tax training sessions, ensuring the CA team remains up to date with the latest legislation, rulings and technical developments. Through these sessions, he helps translate complex change into practical insight, supporting teams to deliver informed, compliant and high‑quality advice to clients.

Specialisation  

Lee specialises in tax advisory across both State and Federal jurisdictions, with depth in transactions, restructures and succession planning. He works alongside Directors to support and shape advice for businesses and highnetworth individuals, bringing nearly two decades of experience across private practice, government and legal environments. 

This breadth of experience gives Lee a well-rounded perspective on how tax decisions are assessed, applied and challenged, helping clients across agribusiness, hospitality, medical and viticulture plan for change with confidence.
