James’ work centres on tax structuring, asset protection, performance improvement and the development of reporting frameworks that give owners and boards a clear line of sight over results. He has worked with businesses across a broad range of industries, including construction, wine, healthcare, transport, engineering and hospitality, bringing a deep understanding of the dynamics unique to owner‑managed and family enterprises.
