As a Director within the Accounting & Business Services division, Damon is passionate about supporting both clients and team members over the long term. He leads with a relationship‑first mindset, helping embed consistency, quality and practical thinking across the work his team delivers.

As a member of the Perks Group Board, Damon also contributes to the broader strategic direction of the firm, bringing a commercially grounded perspective shaped by decades of advising privately owned and family businesses.

He has extensive experience working with clients in property, agribusiness, professional services, construction and associated services, transport, and medical specialisations, allowing him to deliver advice that is commercially grounded, industry‑aware and tailored to each client’s operating environment.

Beyond his work at Perks, Damon contributes his experience at board level as Treasurer of the Master Plumbers Association of South Australia, supporting governance and financial oversight for an organisation that plays a critical role in the state’s building and trades sector.
