Sarah delivers training and detailed advice to a variety of audiences including board directors, employers, officers and employees across wineries, growers and manufacturing environments.
Sarah provides employers with comprehensive employment and industrial advice that is accurate yet practical to the situation at hand. Such advice can pertain to managing individual employees through to whole of business issues that affect the workforce and culture. Advice given needs to consider the ever-evolving industrial landscape, commercial realities and the ‘risks’ inherent in running a business.

Sarah has delivered training and detailed advice to a variety of audiences including board directors, employers, officers and employees across wineries, growers and manufacturing environments. The goal is to provide training that whilst covering legislative compliance needs to be interesting and practical to the audiences environment.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Laws and since that time has kept her skills and career interests current by completing undertaking the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course (2017) and a Certificate IV in Human Resources with Australian Human Resources Institute (2018).
