Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Management from the University of South Australia and throughout her career has managed high performing teams, working closely with executive managers and boards in the not-for-profit, government and commercial sector.  As a result, Nicole has a strong understanding of the types of skills, behaviours and attributes that add value and deliver impact for businesses.

Some of Nicole’s strengths include building authentic relationships with clients and candidates through honest and open communication. She has highly developed networking skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Nicole is also experienced in managing targeted campaigns across digital platforms, a crucial part of the overall recruitment strategy.
