Perks understand that after team members accumulate some professional experience and have completed or are undertaking postgraduate study, they feel the need to complement their burgeoning technical skills with growth on an interpersonal level.
Perks have a structured an annual training plan which incorporates training for all team members from Undergraduates / Graduates through to Directors – in both technical and life skills.
Perks' training programs cover topics such as coaching and mentoring, conducting formal and informal reviews and supervisory and leadership skills.
Perks also offers team members who are completing their postgraduate studies the opportunity to develop their skills in business writing and speed reading.
Monthly technical training is also delivered to ensure our team members are up to date with any technical changes within their discipline.
