As a leading brand in our community Perks takes seriously its responsibility to give back to those who support us.  We get involved in lots of different ways, from sponsoring local sporting clubs, the arts, giving life saving blood for the Red Cross, and assisting key charities in their quests to provide better lives for those they assist.  In addition to a monetary contribution, we provide many opportunities for our team to get involved.  It’s an area that we care about and we want to ensure that our success benefits others.

Up to 3 months at full pay (based on years of service) 

Healthy Days

As Perks, team members can accrue up to 10 days of sick leave per annum, hence there is the possibility that over time team members can accrue substantial sick leave. To reward those team members who have generated such entitlements, a bonus system has been introduced. It is possible to swap sick days for a ‘Healthy Day’ that you can use however you choose, adding the ability for a further 5 days of annual leave per year.

Performance & Salary Reviews

Performance & salary reviews are held between January - March and July - September of each year.  A great opportunity for you and your Manager/Director to discuss your career path and goals.

Perks Social Club

Perks have an active Social Club which coordinates a number of subsidised events each year. In addition to regular team gatherings, there is the June 30 show to celebrate the end of financial year, a Christmas function for our team and their partners, and a Christmas BBQ for staff and families.
