Healthy Days
As Perks, team members can accrue up to 10 days of sick leave per annum, hence there is the possibility that over time team members can accrue substantial sick leave. To reward those team members who have generated such entitlements, a bonus system has been introduced. It is possible to swap sick days for a ‘Healthy Day’ that you can use however you choose, adding the ability for a further 5 days of annual leave per year.

Performance & salary reviews are held between January - March and July - September of each year. A great opportunity for you and your Manager/Director to discuss your career path and goals.
Perks Social Club
Perks have an active Social Club which coordinates a number of subsidised events each year. In addition to regular team gatherings, there is the June 30 show to celebrate the end of financial year, a Christmas function for our team and their partners, and a Christmas BBQ for staff and families.
