Tim Shierlaw

Director - Victor Harbor

“Our clients realise that our level of service goes beyond what your normal accountant could ever provide.”

Tim Shierlaw is Director of the Perks’ Victor Harbor office.

Originally born and raised in the seaside town, Tim has come full circle, returning in 2002 to head up Perks’ regional expansion.

Tim’s diverse experience of nearly 20 years includes a stint at Santos, a long held role at the prominent MacLachlans’ Pastoral Company and as Perks’ first Financial Controller.

Decisive and highly analytical, he has played a pivotal role in many of his clients’ business start ups, restructures, succession planning, small business valuations and profit improvement.

Since establishing the Victor Harbor office, Tim’s hands-on style and pro-active advice has steered his business clients towards a more strategic focus and a firmer emphasis on their long-term business and financial success.

Community minded, Tim is heavily involved with Victor Harbor’s Rotary Club including a stint as Club President and serves on the Victor Harbor Economic Development Committee of council.

Making the most of Victor’s Mediterranean climate, locals are likely to find Tim spending time with his young family and on the odd weekend, getting his hands dirty tending to his garden.
