Jarrad Dunn became Perks’ youngest ever Partner at the age of 27.

Originally with Grant Thornton, Jarrad made the decisive move to Perks in 1993.

Now heading up Perks’ Property Specialisation Team, Jarrad’s passion for Property sees him working closely with owners, developers, builders, and clients with property interests.

Methodical and fastidious in his approach, Jarrad offers clients strong and steady guidance in an intensely competitive and dynamic industry.

His specialist advice and practical solutions are drawn from personally gained experience and a detailed understanding of the complex issues and intricacies involved in Property.

With 15 years experience in accounting and business advisory, Jarrad has developed a high level of knowledge in the specialist areas of taxation, business structuring, budgeting and cash flow management, superannuation and asset protection.

When his work is complete, Jarrad shares his time between family, casting a line, driving in the hills, at his beach house and if he can fit it in, some more fishing.
