Greg Perks is the firm’s Managing Director and Authorised Representative of Perks Wealth Management. Alongside his brother Harry, Greg founded the firm more than two decades ago, intent on a client-driven and personal approach.
Today, Greg maintains a significant hand in steering the firm’s multi-dimensional businesses and continues to encourage the imaginative leadership and operation of the firm – one which is consistently counted amongst BRW’s Top 100 Accountancy Firms, nationwide.
In more recent times, Greg’s strong focus on clients’ changing needs has seen him make the natural shift from financial accounting to providing quality and strategic wealth creation and investment advice. Nevertheless, Greg’s fundamental objective to help clients realise their business and financial goals remains the same.
Possessing a strategic focus, critical aspects of Greg’s work involves developing wealth creation strategies, the ongoing management of investment wealth, asset protection and the tax-effective distribution of wealth to future generations.
With the multi-faceted nature of financial planning and the increasingly complex affairs of SME owners, Greg balances his strategic and active advice with an insistence on providing guidance that resounds with relevance, and advice which is given simply and clearly.
Widely known for his passion for mountain climbing, Greg’s pursuit of summiting mountains and its rigorous physical and intellectual challenges has allowed him to combine his love of photography and exploring remote cultures.
